INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Bagrrys Steel Cut Oats
  • 1 & ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 5 cups Milk
  • Few cashews, raisins & cardamom

PREPARATION

  • Add Bagrry’s steel cut oats in boiled 1 & ½ cups of water. Cook for 10-15 minutes
  • In a separate pot, boil milk. Add sugar, cardamom & raisins
  • After sugar melting, add cooked oats
  • Dry roast the cashews and add them to the cooked kheer
