INGREDIENTS

  • Bagrry’s Oats for Poha - ½ cup
  • Refined wheat flour (maida) - 1 ¼ cups
  • Baking powder - 2 tbsp
  • Milk (toned) - 1 ¼ cups
  • Egg - 1, lightly beaten
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp (Optional)
  • Honey - 1 tsp

PREPARATION

  • In a large bowl, mix Bagrry’s Oats for Poha, refined wheat flour, baking powder and salt
  • In another bowl beat egg and oil together. Blend well
  • Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir slowly until the dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over-mix it
  • Heat a non-stick tawa on a low flame
  • Pour ¼ cup of the batter on the heated tawa and start spreading it from the inside-out to get a round shape
  • When the edges turn brown, flip the side
  • Drizzle a little honey and garnish with berries
