Wheat Bran Pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • Bagrry’s Wheat Bran - ¼ cup
  • Whole wheat pasta - 3 cups, boiled
  • Corn - ½ cup, boiled
  • Tomato puree - 1 ½ cups
  • Onions - ½ cup, chopped
  • Basil (Tulsi) - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Parsley - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - ½ tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

PREPARATION

  • Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add chopped onions and garlic. Sauté on a medium flame
  • Add tomato puree and cook for two minutes
  • Add Bagrry’s Wheat Bran and boiled corn; stir well
  • Add boiled pasta, finely chopped basil, parsley, salt and pepper
  • Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute
  • Serve hot
