No Sugar Power Granola
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts and pumpkin seeds) roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons Bagrry’s Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)opped
- 5 to 7 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then spread evenly on prepared tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden
