  • 3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts and pumpkin seeds) roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Bagrry’s Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)opped
  • 5 to 7 tablespoons olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then spread evenly on prepared tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden
