Oats Fruit Lassi

  • Bagrry's White Oats - ½ cup
  • Curd or Yogurt - ½ cup
  • Strawberries or any fresh fruit - ½ cup, chopped
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Fresh berries or fruits of your choice for garnish


  • Roast and grind Bagrry's White Oats till you get a coarse powder
  • Blend the oats powder, ¾ cup of water, sugar, yogurt or curd and chopped strawberries or fruits of your choice in a mixer till it is a smooth mixture
  • Pour in a glass and garnish with fresh strawberries or berries of your choice
  • Serve chilled
