Quinoa Laddoos

  • 1/2 cup Quinoa
  • ½ cup Coconut (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery (powdered)
  • ¼ cup Khoa
  • 2 Cardamom


  • Dry Roast Bagrry’s Quinoa for few minutes till light brown. Let it cool
  • Grind the Quinoa, coconut and cardamom into a coarse powder. Add jaggery and khoa to the mixture. Mix well
  • Shape the mixture into laddoos
  • Store them in an airtight container
