Almond Crusted Chocolate Balls with Peanut Butter Filling
INGREDIENTS
- Baggry's Bran - ¾ cup (⅜ Cup Wheat Bran + ⅜ cup Oat Bran), for Step 1
- Bagrry's Bran - ¼ cup (⅛ Cup Wheat Bran + ⅛ cup Oat Bran), for rolling
- Cocoa powder - ¼ cup
- Peanut butter - ½ cup
- Honey - ¼ cup
- Nuts (walnuts, almonds) - 1 cup, chopped
- Choco chips - ¼ cup
PREPARATION
- Make mixture for balls In a bowl mix peanut butter and cocoa powder into a smooth paste
- Add Baggry's bran, nuts, honey, milk and choco-chips. Mix well and combine into a mixture
- Form chocolate balls Divide the mixture in to 10 equal parts and roll into balls
- Coat the balls with bran Now roll / cover the balls in bran and refrigerate for 15 minutes. You can store them in an air tight container and consume later.
